CARTRAC is a premium concierge vehicle maintenance service that takes the hassle out of car ownership. From scheduled services to dealership drop-offs, CARTRAC manages the full car care process on behalf of busy professionals. The company needed a modern brand identity and intuitive digital experience to match its high-touch, tech-enabled offering. Our goal was to create a brand that conveyed ease, trust, and innovation—while building a seamless interface for both customers and internal teams.
We began by crafting a brand identity rooted in clarity, motion, and trust. The name “Cartrac”—a palindrome that mirrors itself—became a key concept in the visual identity. The custom wordmark features a reversed “C” at the end to emphasize symmetry, while the icon draws inspiration from tire tracks and road markings, symbolizing movement and precision.
To reinforce Cartrac’s premium positioning, we developed a calm, tech-forward color palette using deep navy and mint gradients. Typography and layout choices favored modern, geometric styles with soft curves to support an overall feeling of control and calm.
On the digital side, we designed both the customer-facing MVP app and the internal service management dashboard. The app interface was kept clean and minimal to reduce friction and encourage trust—showcasing only essential services for early users. Meanwhile, the dashboard was tailored to the company’s operational needs, with scalable UX patterns ready for future expansion.
